Requirements
Education: Bachelor/HonorsExperience:
2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, Group of Companies, Tailor shop
- Create and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and ensures same level of service from the store employees to the customers.
- Maintains store operations by initiating, coordinating operational and organizational policies and procedures ;
- Maintains store employees sales focus by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees ;
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
- Manages employee turnover and handles employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner ;
- Ensures sales as per business plan; Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety and security issues related to show room;
- Conducts regular meetings to keep in touch with individual responsibilities, store discipline, and customer service ;
- Ensures that interior, exterior and visual merchandising of store is maintained to company standards.
- Analyzes sales figures, customer needs, buying trends, and forecasts future sales;
- Prepare reports on sales, Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met Handles cash register and banking functions such as making bank deposits ;
- Maintains store's cleanliness , CCTV operation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures ;
- Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands;
- Promote new products and offers to the customers;
